Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sous forme de plusieurs\u00a0<em>bento<\/em> un peu plus sophistiqu\u00e9, empil\u00e9s les uns sur les autres, le <em>osechi<\/em> est principalement compos\u00e9 de mets cuits \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance et mang\u00e9 froids sur les trois premiers jours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 les femmes des la maison sont tr\u00e8s occup\u00e9es \u00e0 veiller sur la famille au complet ainsi que les nombreux visiteurs, ce qui leur laisse finalement pas de temps pour pr\u00e9parer des repas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.japanese-food-and-wine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/osechi-and-wine1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1055\" title=\"osechi-and-wine\" alt=\"osechi and wine\" src=\"http:\/\/www.japanese-food-and-wine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/osechi-and-wine1.jpg\" width=\"547\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.japanese-food-and-wine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/osechi-and-wine1.jpg 912w, http:\/\/www.japanese-food-and-wine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/osechi-and-wine1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 547px) 100vw, 547px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si Mizuki et moi n&rsquo;aimons pas particuli\u00e8rement les <em>osechi<\/em>, nous avons quand m\u00eame d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;en commander un aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un sp\u00e9cialiste du <em>bento<\/em> \u00e0 Paris : Jujiya. Ayant tout juste emm\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans notre nouvel appartement non-meubl\u00e9 et sans \u00e9quipement de cuisine, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait la bonne excuse pour essayer ce plat traditionnel avec des vins tout sp\u00e9cialement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Finalement, ni le vieux <strong>Alsace Pinot Gris 1998 de Binner<\/strong>, ni le tr\u00e8s joli <strong>C\u00f4tes du Jura 2009 \u00ab\u00a0Chamois du Paradis\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> de chez <strong>Ganevat<\/strong> n&rsquo;ont r\u00e9ellement fonctionn\u00e9 avec les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments.
