Et puis il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un spiritueux \u00ab\u00a0occidental\u00a0\u00bb, donc nous restons bien dans l&rsquo;esprit du site. Voici donc que nous associons le\u00a0<strong>tempura <\/strong>au<strong> Tequila<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 255px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.japanese-food-and-wine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ocho-tequila.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"ocho-tequila\" src=\"http:\/\/www.japanese-food-and-wine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ocho-tequila-245x300.jpg\" alt=\"Ocho Tequila\" width=\"245\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Tequila Ocho 2011 \u00ab\u00a0El Puertecito\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mais attention, pas n&rsquo;importe quel Tequila ! Je suis parti sur un blanco (non vieilli) 100% agave de chez <strong>Ocho<\/strong>, qui conserve toute la\u00a0fra\u00eecheur\u00a0et les notes v\u00e9g\u00e9tales de l&rsquo;agave d&rsquo;origine. C&rsquo;est parce que Mizuki a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ce soir des tempura un peu sp\u00e9ciaux, domin\u00e9s par \u00a0la verdure, dont un tr\u00e8s original <strong>tempura de feuille de\u00a0<\/strong><strong>c\u00e8leri<\/strong>, qui s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre le meilleur accord de la soir\u00e9e. Rajoutez simplement quelques gouttes de citron et surtout une pinc\u00e9e de fleur de sel pour tirer le meilleur du Tequila (eh oui, comme les shots!).<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.japanese-food-and-wine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/celery-leaf-tempura.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"celery-leaf-tempura\" src=\"http:\/\/www.japanese-food-and-wine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/celery-leaf-tempura-300x288.jpg\" alt=\"Temura\" width=\"300\" height=\"288\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Tempura de feuille de c\u00e9leri!<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai servi le Tequila dans un verre \u00e0 spiritueux en forme de tulipe, juste assez grand pour y rajouter un <strong>petit cube de glace<\/strong>. Ceci n&rsquo;a pas seulement pour effet de\u00a0rafra\u00eechir le spiritueux, mais aussi de le diluer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, et c&rsquo;est une bonne chose lorsque l&rsquo;on boit des spiritueux purs \u00e0 table.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;accord est quasi-parfait, la\u00a0fra\u00eecheur\u00a0de l&rsquo;agave r\u00e9sonnant harmonieusement avec les intense ar\u00f4mes verts, presque bois\u00e9s, du\u00a0c\u00e8leri.
