L&rsquo;acidit\u00e9, typiquement plus pr\u00e9sente dans les vieux vins, tranche joliement avec le gras, et l&rsquo;accord et plus r\u00e9ussi qu&rsquo;avec le jeune et fruit\u00e9 mill\u00e9sime 2009.
